Before You Return

Each return request comes with its own shipping label. Please use it only for that specific item.

If returning multiple items, ship them separately using their own labels. This keeps things moving smoothly.

International Returns

For returns from outside Canada, you’ll need to cover shipping costs and any customs fees. Tracked shipping is recommended.
